Young and the Restless: Will Sharon Land in Prison or Fairview?
Sharon Newman in Crisis on Young and the Restless
Recently, on Young and the Restless, Sharon Newman started to lose control of her mental health. She’s lived with bipolar disorder for years now and has managed it well. However, when she went on new medication, things took a turn.
She started to feel off and act strange causing her family to notice. Then, things went from bad to worse when she started hallucinating Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby). Undoubtedly, Cameron is dead on Young and the Restless.
Sharon killed him in self-defense not long ago when he started stalking her again. In fact, it might be PTSD from killing him that is causing her to spiral out of control. She thought she was finally free of him for good.
But now, he’s back and is playing the part of another personality — a darker side of Sharon. And he’s convincing her to do things she normally would never consider.
Like seeking revenge on Daniel Romalotti for Cassie Newman’s death, and it’s because of that vendetta that Sharon went too far recently and did something she can never take back on Young and the Restless.
Sharon Takes Out Heather Stevens on Y&R
Currently, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is desperately trying to cover her tracks after murdering Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom). Of course, Sharon did not set out to kill Heather. But Sharon’s behavior was starting to scare her.
And the final straw was when she caught Sharon in her and Daniel Romalotti‘s (Michael Graziadei) apartment. She wanted to call the cops and Sharon panicked. They struggled and she blacked out on Young and the Restless.
When she came to, Heather was dead. Now, she’s just digging her hole deeper and deeper by dumping Heather’s body and framing Daniel for her murder. And there’s no telling what Sharon Newman might do next. By the time she’s caught, she will be facing multiple charges.
Young and the Restless Prediction: Will Sharon Be Shipped off to Prison or Fairview?
Eventually, the truth will come out that Sharon is the one who killed Heather. When it does, she will face serious consequences. She will likely stand trial for murder. Surely, she’s not in her right mind — not even close.
No doubt, whatever attorney she gets will jump at the insanity plea. Indeed, Sharon’s the perfect client for it on Young and the Restless. Many people can testify that Sharon was not herself for months.
Plus, her psychiatrist can attest to the fact that she’s bipolar and hasn’t been keeping her appointments. And she wasn’t taking her meds. Most likely, she will go to the Fairview psychiatric facility where she can get the help she needs to get better.
But of course, in a wild twist, there’s always a chance she gets a harsh judge and lands in prison. If so, she won’t get any better, she’ll likely only get worse. In addition, there’s also the chance that Sharon could be leaving Young and the Restless.
She might not be able to stay in Genoa City after taking Heather’s life. Perhaps, she asks to do her time out of town, whether it’s prison or the psych ward.
New Y&R spoilers confirm major fireworks ahead. Don’t miss a minute to see where Sharon Newman ends up — Fairview or prison on the CBS sudser.
