The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Nikki Snubs Victor, Billy Irks Jack, Phyllis Riles Lily
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, August 13 tease that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) does not make Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) day with her unsolicited advice.
Phyllis wants to talk turkey with Lily and this puts Lily on alert since Phyllis is a known meddler with a million agendas to push.
Will Phyllis have something to say about Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and his drama with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)?
Lily knows all about this tension so Phyllis will be late to the party.
Nonetheless, Billy could shock everyone after he and Lily discussed him stepping into the corporate background at Abbott-Chancellor in a bid to appease Victor.
The Young and the Restless spoilers: Phyllis Approaches Lily
Victor will be surprised at Billy’s decision but this doesn’t mean that the corporate raider will go away quietly—ya got that?
At the same time, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) stuns Victor as well, something he never saw coming. Victor has had better days than this one.
Y&R spoilers: Nikki Shocks Victor
Will Nikki react to Billy’s news by making an offer to Lily or even back out of Victor’s takeover?
Explosive show spoilers reveal that Victor has some hard questions for his wife in the coming days and we all know how Victor does not like to be told no or second guessed.
The Young and the Restless spoilers: Jack Unhappy With Change
Meanwhile, Victor is not the only one in GC who is unhappy with the business affairs taking place in their fair city. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) does not like the new name Abbott-Chancellor once he gets wind of it.
That’s because to him the Abbott name stands for Jabot Cosmetics and he does not endorse his brother Billy putting the family name together with Chancellor. It would have been nice if Billy had consulted him, but that’s not how Billy Boy rolls.

Billy pushes back that since Abbott is his name, too, he has every right to use it. Billy also explains that he is honoring his sick mom Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) legacy even though that is her married name.
Tell us Y&R fans, who do you think is right in this argument? Should Billy have told Jack about the name change, and do you think that Jill should be forcing the Abbotts to accept her using her late husband John Abbott’s (Jerry Douglas) name?
