Kyle called off his and Claire’s meeting with Audra in Paris after Diane called him about Harrison falling ill. Summer was furious that Diane went behind her back to Kyle, feeling she couldn’t trust anyone in the Abbott household. Next week, Summer tells Kyle, “I’m going to need you to cut someone out of your life completely.” Kyle frowns, “Are you talking about Claire?” Summer replies, “No, not Claire.” Who does Summer want out?

Phyllis tried to approach Jack and Diane about their children’s custody issues and wanted them to work together for Harrison’s sake. Of course, her attempt fell flat and only fueled the flames between her and Diane as to whose child was to blame. Coming up, Phyllis tells Lily, “I want to have a talk with you just woman-to-woman. We have a lot to chat about.”
Diane and Jack sit with Traci and Alan over drinks. Jack says, “I knew the two of you were getting closer. I guess I didn’t realize how close.” Has Traci found her happily ever after?
After Lily and Billy formed Abbott-Chancellor, Victor warned Lily that Billy had a habit of running companies into the ground. Lily read this as Victor coming after the company because of his hatred of Billy. In a shocking turn of events, Lily asked Billy to leave the company or step down to a less prominent position, hoping it would keep Victor from coming after them. Billy agreed to work behind the scenes, but they had no idea Victor wanted to take over the company and hand it over to Nikki!
Coming up, at Newman Media, Victor tells Adam, “Son, I put you in charge here because I knew you’d get things done when the time comes. The time has come.” What does Victor want his son to do?
