It’s been ages since Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has been stuck in a love drought on General Hospital. The man hasn’t been lucky in the love department after coming back to Port Charles. We can’t help but wonder who will end his long bedroom drought. Viewers of the ABC soap thought about multiple ladies, but it all came down to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Interestingly, Steve recently posted something that only fanned the flames! Check it out below.

What’s the Big Reveal?

For some time, General Hospital dropped hints that Jason could be paired with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Then, the possibility of rekindling things with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) seemed equally interesting. In the meantime, others were yearning for a reunion between Jason and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

GH fans thought the old love birds might eventually find their way back to each other. But we all know how it all went down with Kelly’s Sam, who is set to leave GH soon. On top of that, recent developments have shifted the focus to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), who recently had a steamy moment with Jason. They both kissed!

Will they come into a full-fledged relationship? Moreover, Steve just dropped a major behind-the-scenes clue about what’s coming up for Jason on GH in an Instagram story.  He posted a snap of himself in front of a closed set sign and wrote, “Back at it!” Here’s when the drama really kicks in! Fans know that closed sets are typically used while filming intimate scenes.

Additionally, it is done to ensure actors feel more comfortable during those moments. Does that mean Jason will get another juicy love scene? Most important: Will it be with Anna? There are no second thoughts about Steve Burton and Finola Hughes being powerhouse actors. However, not all fans are ready for them to get romantically involved.

So, there’s a mixed reaction. Some are excited about them, while others feel the pairing is a bit off. We wouldn’t blame them because let’s not forget that Jason once fancied Anna’s daughter, Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullough). Should this awkward history stop Anna and Jason from exploring what’s brewing between them?
