Moreover, the storyline may get even juicier when Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) enters the picture.

Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) told Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) a story about Gio’s late parents, Camilla and Francis Palmieri. However, there was something off in the way she presented the details. The ABC soap fans have picked up on Lois’ fondness for Gio, and she might be covering something up. What followed next was quite interesting!

This led to speculation that Gio could be more connected to the Quartermaine family than anyone realizes. In addition, many believe Lois may have been involved in the adoption of Brook Lynn’s baby.
