General Hospital Spoilers: A Child’s Difficult Questions, Presumption Of Guilt, A Desperate Father Struggles
General Hospital spoilers and updates for Tuesday, August 6 tease a child’s difficult questions, a presumption of guilt, and a desperate father struggles. Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) asks difficult questions, Ava Jerome (Maura West) fights a presumption of guilt, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) struggles in desperation.
General Hospital Spoilers: A Child’s Difficult Questions
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is visibly crushed as she hears Donna’s innocent question about why Daddy didn’t come for a plate today. They sit together at a table, with Donna engrossed in her coloring—possibly at the Metro Court or Bobbie’s. Carly holds a painful secret, one she can’t share with Donna, whose innocent ears are not ready for such heavy truths.
At the same time, her older sister Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) has faced a serious medical emergency and is currently in critical condition. Carly may be aware of this as at the hospital, the family prays fervently for a miracle.
GH Spoilers: Broken Trust
Brick (Stephen A. Smith) is having a conversation on the phone, while in the background, someone seems to be picking up an object from the floor. Could it be that Brick’s associate discovered a hidden electronic bug, prompting him to call out the suspected culprit?
The individual on the receiving end of the call is probably not going to be pleased with what they hear. Brick informs them that they are no longer considered trustworthy.
Sonny had assigned Brick the job of taking photos of Ava’s suite to keep an eye on her and John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington).
General Hospital Spoilers: Reason For Celebration
Laura and Kevin Collins (Genie Francis, Jon Lindstrom) are currently off celebrating something special. Laura jokingly tells Kevin, “Looks like being involved in politics has its perks.”
She had pushed for the reopening and review of Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) cases due to the cobalt poisoning from a faulty hip replacement.
Laura wasn’t aiming to completely free Heather or dismiss the cases, but she believed Heather would be better served somewhere else rather than Pentonville. Maybe Laura is giving Heather too much credit – after all, she hadn’t even had the hip replacement for that long!
GH Spoilers: Presumption Of Guilt
Ava feels the tension rising in the PCPD booking room as Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) confront her with evidence contradicting her statement.
Despite Ava’s insistence that she didn’t touch the drapes or look out the window before Kristina’s fall, Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) testimony suggests otherwise.
Ava is frustrated by the situation – she should be innocent until proven guilty, but it seems like she’s already being treated as guilty and must now prove her innocence! Ava is fighting this presumption of guilt with all that she’s got, but her lawyer hasn’t even gotten there yet!
General Hospital Spoilers: Everyone’s Worried About Sonny
Everyone’s worried about Sonny after he disappeared from GH after Dr. Andy Park (Jonathan Ohye) emerged from the surgery suite saying Kristina’s baby didn’t make it.
They also witnessed Sonny swearing that “they will pay” referring to Ava, but who else? Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has now arrived at the hospital and asks Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) if he’s worried Sonny’s going to go after Ava.
In the meantime, they have no idea that Sonny is at the hospital, but outside on the roof. Sonny’s never acted suicidal before, although he has acted in revengeful anger!
GH Spoilers: A Desperate Father Struggles
Sonny is tormented by the hurtful words of Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) forbidding him to enter Kristina’s room. He finds himself on the edge, contemplating a drastic decision. This is uncharted territory for Sonny, a man who has never faced such darkness before.
Just when he feels like he’s losing his grip on reality, a familiar presence appears – a ghostly figure resembling when his late father, Mike Corbin (Max Gail) saved him in Nixon Falls. Sonny dismisses it as a figment of his imagination, urging the visitor to leave; but then, out of nowhere, Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) steps in to prevent a tragedy!
