Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates pose the question, will Marci Miller come back to the show as the real Abigail DiMera? The current storyline reveals that AnnaLynne McCord’s “Abigail” is a fake, planted by Clyde Weston (James Read) for an ulterior motive.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Is There A Real Living Abigail DiMera Out There Somewhere?

When AnnaLynne McCord was first shown on DOOL, after Abigail’s grave was found emptied and Clyde told Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) she wasn’t dead, fans thought she’d be the real one.

However, it was recently revealed that is not the case-and she’s actually the sister of Dr. Mark Greene, (Jonah Robinson) Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) and Felicity Greene (Kennedy Garcia.

Her real name was teased to be Marin Greene, and supposedly killed in an automobile accident along with the Greenes’ parents.

She’s had plastic surgery, so the younger siblings don’t know it’s her-and although their father appears to be dead, Clyde’s blackmailing them over their mother.

The character of Abigail has been recast before, with Marci Miller and Kate Mansi previously sharing the role-we know Kate’s not coming back, but what about Marci?

DOOL Spoilers – A Similar Story Played Out With Bo Brady

Viewers will recall a similar story played out with a not so dead Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) whose grave was also found empty.

In his case, an obsessed Megan Hathaway DiMera (Miranda Wilson) with the help of Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) dug up the body and had him in stasis.

Rolf is said to be returning to the canvas in the not too far future, so there very well could be a similar situation with Abigail. Abigail was stabbed to death in her bed, in the DiMera mansion and after many, many months and many suspects, Clyde was proven to be her killer.

Clyde is likely angling for a release from Statesville, and thinks he can get the charges purged if Abigail was proven to be alive-therefore, the faked DNA test by Mark Greene.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Hints In The Show

In a recent episode, fake Abigail found the real Abigail’s wedding vows in a box in the attic, and repeated them to Chad, who of course was overjoyed and believed her.

However, the wedding photos show Marci Miller’s Abigail, which could be a hint that she’ll reprise the real Abigail role in the future. It was a close up shot too, as she repeated the wedding vows to Chad and deceived him.

AnnaLynne has a one year contract with the show, so it may be a while before the real Abigail is found and the mystery’s solved.

The imposter was wearing a known bracelet of the real Abigail’s, so that had to come from somewhere-it wasn’t among the stolen jewelry Clyde fenced!
