Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Vaughan took to his Instagram Stories to give fans an update. Vaughan used the Instagram Stories and set it to “Something in the Orange” by Zach Bryan.

Then, screenshots announcing Vaugahn’s exit appeared. After that, Vaughan added a black screen with these words written:

“I didn’t leave by choice, I never had a choice.”

The statement was followed by a broken heart emoji.

SID reported that an inside source insists that Vaughan will be back sometime in the future. This was posted by Soap Opera Digest.

In the casting section under “Who’s Going,” it was stated that a source said this isn’t the last fans will see of Eric. So, it sounds like Eric might come back for important events or visits.

While fans will miss both Ari and Greg, at least ERICOLE finally got their happy ending.
