The Bold and the Beautiful character Phoebe Forrester was the daughter of Ridge Forrester and Taylor Hayes and Steffy’s fraternal twin. Her storyline was filled with drama, including a romance with Rick Forrester that ended in disaster.

Moreover, another theory floated the idea of Phoebe returning as an “Angel/Spirit appearance.” We believe the timing of all this Phoebe talk seems tied to Taylor Hayes’ current health situation. Taylor (Rebecca Budig) returned to L.A. to reconnect with her family and now focuses on Steffy and her kids. However, Taylor’s recent heart failure diagnosis has left fans worried.
