Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Bo & Hope Returning To Soap As Peter Reckell & Kristian Alfonso Reprise Iconic Roles
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal some major returns on the horizon. According to TV Insider, one of Salem’s most iconic super couples, Bope, is making a huge comeback.
Yes, you read correctly! Peter Reckell will reprise his legendary Bo Brady character, along with his favorite leading lady, Kristian Alfonso, as she brings Hope Williams Brady back to Salem!
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Bope Is Back!
TV Insider shared a photo of Bo and Hope back on the DOOL set. While fans were aware that Alfonso was returning to help her character say goodbye to her father, Doug Williams, played by the late Bill Hayes, Reckell was not among the slew of Days alum to join the cast in these special episodes, slated to air later this year.
According to the report, Reckell re-enter the land of Salem in a storyline that involves Hope, where shows are scheduled to air sometime in 2025. Reckell told TV Insider “This ride is one we know the fans are really going to love.”
Days Spoilers – Bo & Hope’s History
The super couple first started their Bope romance in the early ‘80s and fans instantly fell in love with the good girl/bad boy dynamic. Due to casting changes over the years, their relationship endured a lot of drama and setbacks.
One major point of contention was when Bo/Reckell left Days in 2012, without much of a storyline exit or closure. Hope would end up divorcing him in 2014, only for him to return in 2015.

Their reunion was short-lived when Bo was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumor and passed away. Hope would end up leaving the canvas in 2020.
Fast forward to 2022 and a miracle happened when it turned out that Bo was alive and had been chronologically “frozen” the whole time! Sadly, he was a changed Bo and didn’t snap out of his newly evil ways until Hope got through to him.
In a huge misunderstanding, his son, Shawn-Douglas Brady (Brandon Beemer) ended up shooting him just as Bope reconnected, and he’s been in a coma, since.
